Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our team in Nampa. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in sheet metal fabrication to contribute to our dynamic shop environment. The ideal candidate will have over three years of demonstrated experience in this field, and while a 3G Welding Certificate is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform sheet metal fabrication tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Utilize welding skills, including MIG welding and flux core techniques, to complete projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all work performed.

Work Environment

You will be working in a plant fabrication shop, starting from 6AM to 2 : 30PM. The environment is designed to foster collaboration and efficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
