Our radiologist positions are open to applicants of all experience levels, from new graduates to experienced radiologists, and include :
- Breast Imaging Radiologist
- Chest / Body Imaging Radiologist
- General Body Imaging Radiologist
- Neuroradiologist
- Nuclear Medicine Radiologist
- Ultrasound Body Imaging Radiologist
- MRI Focused Fellowship including Ultrasound / CT
Responsibilities include :
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, maintaining compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Interpret medical images to diagnose a variety of conditions
- Deliver accurate, timely radiology reports detailing findings and recommendations for treatment
- Consult with referring physicians and other health professionals to discuss imaging findings and treatment options
- Perform interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, angiography, and image-guided therapies
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss complex cases and collaborate on patient care plans
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the radiology department
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Stay abreast of advancements in radiology technology, imaging techniques, and medical knowledge and participate in continuing medical education to maintain proficiency in the field
Qualifications :
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited university
- New York Medical License / Active NYS DEA
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Radiology
- Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
- A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven health system
