Job Summary :
As a Warehouse Associate at Kofile, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling and moving inventory using various equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and, if certified, a forklift.
Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, where historical records and documents are carefully preserved and digitized.
Key Responsibilities :
Material Handling : Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move inventory, including historical records and documents, using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and, if certified, a forklift.
Inventory Management : Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing historical records and documents within the warehouse, ensuring their preservation and security.
Quality Control : Perform quality checks on historical records and documents to ensure their integrity and compliance with preservation standards.
Inventory Tracking : Use inventory management systems to track stock levels and report any discrepancies, with a strong focus on the accuracy and preservation of historical records.
Safety : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring the safety of others in the warehouse.

Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that aisles and storage areas are free from obstructions and that historical records are stored in a safe and secure manner.
