A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound engagement phone calls to members based on campaign criteria
Assist members with navigation of the healthcare system and address health plan concerns
Maintain accurate call logs and participate in program improvement discussions
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Two years of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare or member engagement
Experience communicating directly with members is required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Continuous learning and certification progress is highly preferred
