Job Description Job Description The Opportunity : Crittenton Children's Center is the Kansas City area's premier provider of psychiatric care for children, adolescents and their families. It is located on a picturesque, 96-acre campus in south Kansas City (near Longview Lake) providing serenity, beauty and privacy to assist with the healing process. This position will be supporting our Acute In-Patient and Residential Behavioral Health Programs. These programs provide behavioral health care for children ages 3-18 years, who require short term or long-term in-patient stays. Crittenton is backed by the complete resources of Saint Luke's Health System. Shift Details : This is a PRN position. The Work : Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
