Salary : $20-$25 Hourly
Summary :
The Scholarship Account Representative at Edcor plays a pivotal role in interacting with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Superior communication skills are critical as you will be required to negotiate with clients, facilitate work teams at Edcor and continually foster client satisfaction with every interaction.
This is a part time 20-24 hours on average per week position, with more possible hours during the Spring season.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : (Other duties may be assigned)
Provides exceptional customer service that is consistent with the corporate direction, and key stakeholders interests (i.
e. clients, shareholders and employees.)
- Exceeds performance objectives for client and is consistent with Edcor’s published operating and quality standards.
- Display persuasive communication skills to promote ideas, project plans and new business.
- Promote positive attitude that facilities project completion on behalf of clients.
- Assist and service multiple clients outside of assigned area.
- Partner with Accounting Team to set up payments for Edcor’s customers / clients.
- Plays an active role in implementation projects, maintain and improve user experience standards.
- Manage Edcor’s clients on a day-to-day basis, assisting clients with system understanding, support and best practice
- Review Scholarship applications to determine that students have met all program requirements and provided quality content within the application.
- Monitor the applicant email and phone inquiries and assist customers with any program related questions.

- Excels in written communication whether through daily e-mail, weekly account summaries or proposal writing.
- SaaS experience
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- One to three years prior experience in a client support role, customer support role or educational assistance background.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Data Reporting, organizing, formatting and presentation
- Web based technology platform experience
