- Salary : RN $ LPN $32 / hr Part-time benefits include accrual of paid time off and sick time
- Schedule : Part-time Days (1-2 shifts per week)
- Shifts available : 12 hour shift : 7 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm with every other weekend rotations

A little more about our center :
West Chicago Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) with 120 beds, proudly serving the behavioral / psych population.
We are in a quiet residential area, across the street from an elementary school and easy to commute to. A few key highlights :
- Highly ranked Quality Measures this means we provide excellent clinical care!
- The average age of our patients is 35-55 and the most common diagnoses are schizophrenia, bi-polar and major depressive disorders.
- Our residents have created a garden club, a poetry club and are eager to interact with you. Many of them return to the community (or home) after residing with us.
- We welcome new grads and work with students from multiple schools / universities in the nurse orientation program is extensive let us teach you.

Job Description
What you will do in this role : As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be joining a team of nursing professionals dedicated to providing excellent clinical care.
Some have been with us for a long time and can mentor others. You will help patients reach their clinical goals and work side by side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
What we need from you :
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
- Prior experience in a SNF or ICF preferred
- Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population
- Newly licensed Nurses are welcome to apply!
- Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
