Salary : $120,000 - $185,000 per year

Job Details

Seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our firm's operations and success.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of transactional and corporate matters, including :

° Starting, buying, selling, merging, and dissolving businesses

° Protecting business secrets and IP / Trademark & Copyright

° Negotiating business contracts

° Some business financing and investing

° Forming nonprofits and guiding them through the tax-exempt application process

° Resolving compliance issues for nonprofits and businesses

° Real estate and land use matters

° General counsel services for nonprofits, for profits, and public agencies

Existing book of business is preferred but not required

Qualifications :

Corporate / Transactional

Law experience
