- Full-time
- 12-hour shifts, with a schedule of 4 days on one week followed by 3 days the next week.

Quick Dry Restoration is the premier water mitigation company serving the Seattle-Tacoma area. Since 2016, we have specialized in providing fast, professional water damage restoration services to homes and businesses.
Our team works closely with leading insurance companies to ensure smooth and efficient restoration processes, helping customers restore their properties to pre-loss condition or better.

Job Brief
We are looking for hardworking individuals with good communication skills to join our team and work alongside our technicians to remove damaged materials and monitor water damage from multiple locations.
Workwear and company vehicles will be provided to help you succeed in this position. Our Water Damage Technicians work We offer the opportunity to learn new skills that build on your experience to progress your career path as well as the opportunity for advancement within the company.
Pay and Benefits
- $20-$26 Per Hour (Based on experience), with opportunity for raises

Responsibilities and Duties
- Document safety hazards and water damage with photos and moisture readings
- Operate water extraction equipment to remove excess moisture from homes
- Assess salvageable material and dispose of non-salvageable material
- Properly Setup, Monitor, and takedown drying equipment with care
- Thoroughly document drying progress with pictures and notes regarding humidity and moisture levels
- Customer service through clear and accurate communication with the homeowner
- Organize and clean equipment and vehicles at end of day Requirements
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (upwards of 100 lbs.)
- Experience driving trucks & pulling trailers
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient in the safe use of power tools
- At least one year experience in water mitigation (preferred)
- Customer service skills (preferred)
- High school diploma (preferred)
