Domain knowledge of TSA and or Regulatory cybersecurity and compliance practices helpful. Domain knowledge of Firewall and Network Communications helpful. Domain knowledge of the considerations between OT and IT environments.

Title : Cybersecurity, Compliance, OT, Network and Infrastructure Project Manager
Duration : 6 Months
Location : Portland, OR
Job Description :
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, budget management expertise and experience in cybersecurity and network communications systems within the Field, OT and IT environments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Lead large, complex strategic projects, assuming accountability for delivering results
- Manage projects, including Internal and External resources
- Develop project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables using company PMO tools and templates
- Collaborate with stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, operational teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Communicate technical concepts and progress to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure system reliability and security are addressed during the planning and execution phases.
- Execute procurement and contracting activities, tracking, and reporting according to company policies and procedures.
- Identify, manage, and resolve inter-project / program dependencies, working with other PMs and company stakeholders
- Conduct analyses to estimate and track project costs and budgets
- Define resource requirements and negotiate availability with resource managers
- Manage vendor relationships to align vendor schedules, costs, and deliverables with the overall project plan
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
- Establish, maintain, and update project risk log. Resolve project issues and escalate as appropriate
- Manage project change control and follow existing policies
- Ensure project-related documentation is accurate and complete
