STATEMENTOF PURPOSE

Utilizing aknowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health andsafety regulations and all Wendy's food safety, security and employee policiesand procedures;

the crew member position is responsible for providing qualityproducts and service in a clean and safe environment to each and everycustomer.

RESPONSIBILITIES& PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ensureall food orders are prepared, portioned, and served correctly
Workwith your team to help meet service goals
Maintaina clean, safe, and fully stocked restaurant
Operatecash registers according to cash policies and procedures
Takeorders from customers
Providequality service to all customers
Crosstrain in different stations
Standingfor at least four hours
Repetitivebending and stooping as necessary
