CornerStone Staffing has partnered with an engineering firm and is on the lookout for a temp receptionist
Title : Receptionist
Location : Dallas, TX
Schedule : Oct 11 - 17 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay : $19
Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments for staff members
Assist in managing correspondence, including emails and memos
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
Previous experience as a receptionist
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong writing skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
High School diploma or GED required
