Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
Our client requires Mechanical / Electrical Engineers at Baltimore, MD.

Required :
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- 4-10 years' experience as a Mechanical / Electrical Engineer.
- Knowledge of and experience with AutoCAD and BIM / Revit.
- Knowledge of and experience with psychometrics, load calculations, HVAC and plumbing equipment selection and system design.
- Electrical knowledge of and experience with basic lumen method lighting calculations and commercially available computer lighting calculation programs;
- lighting fixture selection and specifications; panel board and power distribution system load tabulations; short circuit calculations;
National Electrical Code; National Fire Alarm Code; IES Standards; and ADA requirements.
EIT / FE required. PE a plus.
