This position requires flexibility as scheduling depends on events. Evening and Weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events to ensure seamless operations
• Polishing silverware, rolling silverware, and folding napkins as needed
• Coordinate with event hosts, kitchen staff, and other team members to meet client expectations
• Serve as the point of contact for event hosts, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Lead banquet service staff, providing guidance and support throughout events
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Assist with event planning details as needed, including table arrangements and special requests
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive experience
• Other duties as assigned
