A company is looking for a Care Review Processor (Remote) PST Hours.
Key Responsibilities
Provides telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the care review team
Handles authorization requests and inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, and provider status
Contacts physician offices to request missing information from authorization requests
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in healthcare
Previous experience as a Correspondence Processor
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable software programs
Willingness to learn and adapt to new programs and systems
