Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Americas Brew Crew is seeking a Graphic Designer

based in the Home Office in Los Angeles. In this role, you'll collaborate

cross-functionally on design projects that play a crucial role in supporting

and growing our U.S. café business. We are in search of a versatile designer

with a passion for design across both digital and print media. This position

reports to the Sr. Manager of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Menu Design : Develop user-friendly and attractive

print and digital menus that effectively showcase our products and drive

purchase behavior while adhering to brand standards.

Point of Sale and Point of Purchase Materials : Design

eye-catching in-café promotional materials, such as posters, flyers, banners,

and table tents, to showcase new products, seasonal offerings, and boost sales

and customer engagement.

Indoor and Outdoor Café Signage : Create clear and

effective signage, encompassing both indoor and outdoor elements, to guide

guests, draw them into the café, reinforce our brand identity, and help direct

traffic in the café.

Digital Assets : Produce engaging digital assets for

our website, mobile app, and online advertising campaigns, focusing on

compelling and brand-consistent visuals that drive user engagement, clicks, and

conversions.

Email Design : Design personalized and dynamic content

for email campaigns, utilizing techniques such as dynamic content blocks,

personalized product recommendations, and interactive elements to engage

recipients and drive conversions.

Social Media : Create stunning visuals and graphics for

our social media platforms to increase our online presence and brand awareness.

Event Invitations : Design event invitations and

promotional materials for special occasions and caf é -related events.

Merchandise and Swag : Design merchandise and

promotional items that resonate with our brand and create additional revenue

opportunities. Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all customer

touch points.

Your

Ingredients

• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a

related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in graphic design software, including

Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the

ability to maintain brand consistency.

• Creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in a cafe, restaurant, or retail industry

is a plus.

A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design

work.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight

deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a hybrid position : Monday-Wednesday in our Los

Angeles office and Thursday and Friday remote.
