Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly-skilled, reliable, and efficient Maintenance Technician / Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our industrial equipment to ensure maximum productivity.

You will also be part of our Chemical Compounding and Mechanical Operations team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.

2. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machinery continues to run smoothly and efficiently.

3. Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues related to manufacturing equipment, including PLC systems.

4. Participate in the installation of new machinery and equipment.

5. Understand and implement preventative maintenance plans for all machines and tools within the facility.

6. Work closely with other team members and departments to improve processes and ensure the safety of all employees.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Operator, or Chemical Compounding Associate in a manufacturing environment.

2. Extensive knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

3. Strong mechanical skills, with an understanding of mechanical concepts and principles.

4. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, including PLC systems.

5. Experience with compounding processes and equipment.

6. Willingness to support the chemical compounding process
