A leading California Labor & Employment law firm is looking for associate attorneys with demonstrated academic success, experience in civil litigation, and a passion for helping employees protect their rights.
Ideal candidates will have experience with all aspects of litigation including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiation and / or trial preparation.
Associates work closely with senior attorneys and are trusted with a significant amount of responsibility as the direct contact for clients.

Qualifications :
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member and in good standing of the California State Bar
- 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably experience in plaintiff wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, or related labor and employment disputes
- Experience drafting relevent legal correspondence, conducting depositions, attending hearings and court appearances, and trial preparation
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks throughout litigation while meeting deadlines efficiently
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, works well on a team
