Location :

  • What You'll Be Doing As our Groundskeeper, you’ll be essential in keeping our communities clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Your daily work helps reflect HGPM’s commitment to process excellence and property pride.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and improve landscaping throughout all assigned communities.
  • Perform daily upkeep of interior / exterior common areas, including trash pickup, sweeping, and seasonal cleaning.
  • Remove weeds, prune bushes, and support snow removal (starting at 6 AM on weekdays as needed).
  • Distribute resident communications when requested.
  • Assist with light maintenance, with the opportunity to train into a Maintenance Technician role.

    • REQUIRED :

  • Have a valid driver’s license, a running vehicle, and on-going proof of insurance Are detail-oriented, proactive, and take personal responsibility for your work.
