About The Position
Specialty : Speech Therapist
Job Description :
- Evaluate and administer treatment to individuals diagnosed with Speech, language and swallowing dysfunctions.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate team goals
- Establish and administer a treatment program with realistic and achievable goals
Qualifications :
- 1 year Home Health experience within last 2 years - Preferred
- Experience with Adult and Geriatric population - REQUIRED
- EMR experience - REQUIRED
- Travel experience - REQUIRED
- Masters level graduate of an American speech and language association approved facility.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care
- BLS (AHA), CPR certification
- Active state license
- Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
