LABOR ASSOCIATE-MID-SENIOR LEVEL
LOCATION : LOS ANGELES / SAN FRANCISCO
SALARY : $290,000 to $330,000&
We are seeking & associate attorney opportunity in the area of traditional labor law.& The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of experience in California traditional labor and employment law, including work on arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges.
The candidate should have a general understanding of federal and state employment laws.& Experience with employment litigation and agency charges is helpful but not required.
Prior NLRB experience is a plus.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident, self-motivated attorney with a desire to grow professionally and work in a nationally recognized labor and employment practice.
Candidates should have strong academic credentials and writing skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates should be active members of the California bar.

The annualized salary range for this position in California is $290,000 to $330,000.& Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
