Position Overview :

Secure Shredd, a sister company to Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc., is seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to join our team.

In this dynamic inside sales position, you will be the architect of the sales and marketing department, driving business ventures and marketing initiatives across Southern California.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will bridge businesses with community organizations, fostering strategic partnerships and spearheading business expansion through your innovative approach.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting :
  • Generate outbound leads and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage cold call lists and outreach strategies.
  • Own the entire sales process from pipeline generation to opportunity closure
  • Marketing Initiatives :
  • Create and manage email campaigns to connect with new strategic partners
  • Develop marketing collateral, including decks and promotional materials
  • Conduct thorough market research to tailor business strategies
  • Strategic Partnerships :
  • Identify, evaluate, and forge strategic alliances and partnerships aligned with company objectives
  • Network with potential clients at industry events to expand business opportunities
  • Sales Management :
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative solutions
  • Track metrics to ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual targets
  • Manage leads and ensure consistent follow-through to close opportunities
  • Customer and Market Analysis :
  • Monitor and analyze business development activities, market trends, and competitor strategies
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for business development

Requirements

  • Strong B2B experience.
  • Experience building sales decks and other marketing collateral
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management
  • Superior presentation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and top-notch research experience
  • Experience working with diverse business sectors and customers
  • Professional customer service attitude
  • Proficiency in computer software and tools
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Dependable automobile with insurance and a valid California Driver’s license
  • Must submit to and pass a criminal background check
