Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - (OT)
StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $1909.00 - $2200.00
OT needed for 13 weeks in Suffolk, VA with an 11 / 11 start date. Must be VA licensed and have BLS. For more information, please inquire
Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Outpatient
Experience : 1 year
Licenses : OT-VA
References : 1 Reference in entire work history
Prefer to have a CHT
Must have hand therapy experience
see a great deal of post-op patients
VA Liscense
Must start on 11 / 11- 10 week assignment
Preferred Qualifications
n / asplit position - between Mary Immaculate Hospital (2 Bernardine Drive, Newport News, VA- 23602) & Harbour View (5838 Harbour View Blvd, #130, Suffolk, VA- 23435) - Travel time is paid only between clinics (26 miles and approx.
31 minutes) - The agency staff member would be paid for the 30 mins of drive time from 1 clinic to another, not back at the end of the day
