We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding, managing, and nurturing relationships with our key customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving the success of their projects.
You will act as a primary point of contact, providing personalized support and solutions that align with their needs and goals.
The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
This role requires an individual with a proven sales background, a strategic mindset, and should be results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identifying sales opportunities by conducting research on existing customers as well as new potential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations and customer experience to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Articulate product features, benefits, and customization options to effectively showcase the value proposition to customers.
- Prepare and present proposals / quotes, lead contract negotiations with potential customers and ensure terms align with company goals and profitability.
- Close deals by demonstrating the value and ROI of the company's premium photo printing products.
- Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their projects and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Managing sales pipelines and forecasting sales projections.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and services, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales (B2B a plus), with a focus on developing and managing client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the company's products.
- Ability to adapt sales strategies based on client needs and industry trends.
- Proven ability to lead negotiations and close deals with a variety of customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships and opportunities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in preparing accurate and professional sales materials.
- Proficient in using sales and CRM tools to manage client interactions, track progress, and generate reports.
- Previous experience in the printed goods industry is a plus.
