Description
The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to coordinate day-to-day kitchen operations including restaurant / room service line, pantry, banquet and dish areas.
Train, supervise and assist all culinary and sanitation personnel under the Executive Chef (line cooks, pantry cooks, banquet cooks and kitchen stewards).
Assist Executive Chef in forecasting and menu planning. Join our dedicated team of culinary professionals. This is a salaried position and part of the hotel management team.
Must be a highly qualified and responsible cook capable of working any position in the kitchen.
Must have a basic knowledge of food cost control.
