Our North American Automotive team is actively seeking a Service Engineer to spearhead installations, start-ups, commissioning, and repairs of cutting-edge HORIBA equipment at customer sites worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise in Action : Execute flawless installations, start-ups, and commissioning of HORIBA products. Provide in-house repairs for defective customer equipment.
  • Customer Support and Collaboration : Assist customers and internal HORIBA departments with technical questions and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
  • Detailed Reporting : Prepare comprehensive Field Service Reports for invoicing, warranty claims, and policy. Provide redlined drawings detailing field changes.
  • Quality Assurance and Validation : Create Acceptance Documents and Procedures to validate design specifications.

Desired Qualifications :

Educational Background :

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent knowledge / experience.

Skills and Attributes : Excellent customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
