As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success.

Position Overview : As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, including managing a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

You will work closely with our dealership partners and manufacturers to promote and sell a diverse range of agricultural equipment to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with dealership partners and manufacturers to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure the ongoing development and success of the sales team.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance metrics and evaluate sales effectiveness.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the agriculture or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
