Levin & Nalbandyan, is looking for an experienced associate attorney to join our dynamic and modern legal team in our Employment department.

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the supervising attorney on initial pre-filing case work-up
- Engage in client meetings, ensuring effective communication
- Draft complaints with precision and attention to detail
- Skillfully handle discovery by propounding and responding to inquiries
- Take and defend depositions confidently and adeptly
- Conduct thorough case-related investigations
- Contribute to law and motion work
- Assist with trial preparation
Qualifications :
- Exhibit outstanding professionalism and communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent research and writing abilities
- Possess some litigation experience
- Showcase the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
- Provide strong references
- 3-5 years Employment Lit preferred
