Machinist
We are looking for a Machinist for our Dayton, OH facility. In this role you will be responsible to perform a variety of tasks that requires highly skilled hands-on programming and machining knowledge.

Your Responsibilities :
- Work from CAD files, engineering drawings, sketches, and or verbal instructions to perform highly diversified hands-on machining operations to specifications.
- Studies specifications such as blueprints, sketches, or tool description, and plans sequence of operations.
- Sets up and operates machine tools to machine parts to specifications and verifies part conformance.
- Must satisfy quality standards.
- Create and edit complex programs using CAD / CAM systems (Espirit) machine controllers and conversational programing including troubleshooting.
- Use measurement and analytical skills to accurately measure in-process inspection by using a wide variety of precision measuring instruments to assure high quality levels in detail machining.
- Communicates ideas to improve the organization.
- Must conform to current health, environmental, and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Management.
Your Profile :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Vocational Trade School Diploma is preferred
- Print reading, shop math, and machining skills are required
- Two to four years of machining experience is required
- Must own job related tools.
- Understand basic metrology
- Mitsubishi wire EDM experience
- Esprit software (wire programming)
- Hurco experience preferred
- CNC lathe experience preferred
