PMTO Data Liaison
KVC Kansas represents one of the strongest and broadest child welfare and behavioral healthcare continuums in the nation.
We are responsible for the care of all children who are served by the Kansas Department for Children and Families in the Kansas City Metro and East Regions.
KVC is seeking a PMTO Data Liaison!!!
The PMTO Data Liaison (DL) will assist with and facilitate PMTO implementation for PMTO Supervisors and Clinicians and ensure the successful and timely submission of program data for the successful implementation of PMTO services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Other duties may be assigned according to qualification of staff and development of programs.
- Responsible for administrative support of PMTO supervisor and clinicians
- Communicate with necessary staff and follow up regularly to ensure receipt of assessment information in a timely manner
- Communicate with KU to ensure accurate data is received according to timelines
- Partner with MIS to problem-solve various reporting issues
- Provide clerical support to PMTO staff as needed
- Gather information on ancillary resources as needed
- Organize data, check data for completeness and accuracy, and transmit data in a timely manner
- Perform other tasks to reduce the paperwork burden of PMTO staff (supervisor and clinicians) and maximize therapy time for families
- Accurately input required data into data systems
- Track referrals, assessments received, and assessments needed
- To continue to build a child welfare system that is safe, secure, and stable; family centered, connected to the community;
and which relies on evidence-based practice necessary to support contract services in Kansas
- Review reports for accuracy and update databases
- Assist the Director, Supervisors, and PMTO Therapists with sending faxes, typing, mailing, and filing
- Complete supply requisitions, maintain office supplies and maintain purchase records
- Complete various data entry
- Create, modify, update, track, and distribute all forms
- Coordinate and prepare reports as required
- Distribute internal and external office correspondence
- Complete reference checks on potential new employees
- Assist the Director and Supervisor with planning of retreats, meetings, and workshops
- Submit all work order requests
- Attend all staff meetings taking notes, distributing notes, and sending notes to the Director
- Copy weekly data reports for Director and Supervisors as requested
- Send specific information to the Court / DCF / CASAS as required by office
- Enter case activity logs as needed
- Assist in scanning of client documents and closed files
- Assist Director / Supervisor with scheduling as needed
- Assist in preparation of files for DCF audits, KU and PII Site evaluations as required
- Perform a variety of duties to ensure smooth work flow and to meet contract outcomes, as designated by the PMTO Supervisor or Director
- Work closely with permanency staff to ensure all case information remains current and accurate
- Attend all required meetings and trainings
Education :
High School Diploma or GED
Licensure / Certification :
Current, valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance required
Experience :
Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate detail-orientation, effective organizational skills, and strong time management skills
Demonstrate effective communication skills
Ability to make a long term commitment to project (4 year commitment)
Ability to travel
Commitment to research project
Commitment to Strength-based approach / Intermediate computer skills
Preferred Skills :
Previous experience in children and family services
Data collection experience
Bachelor’s Degree
