Job Description :

We are in search of a professional and passionate Executive Director for our Home Health establishment. This leadership position will allow you to utilize your experience through direct oversight of your team of talented clinicians who are committed to delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities :

• Organize and direct day-to-day clinical and office operations.
• Ensure new patient referrals are assigned to the appropriate clinical personnel and that evaluations are performed.
• Ensure plans of treatment are reviewed and assessed for appropriateness of clinical content frequency goals and referrals to other disciplines.
• Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program : Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards.
• Provide public relations with the community-at-large, as well as organizations and individuals involved in the health field.

Requirements :

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license within state of practice.
• Two (2) years of experience in Home Health Care as Supervisor or Administration required.
• Experience in the business and fiscal functions in a health care setting, preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to meet or exceed tight deadlines.
• Ability to utilize effective problem-solving skills and to effectively multi-task.
• Must have a valid drivers license and a state insured automobile that is in good working order and the ability to travel to all locations as needed.
