Position : Resource Level Math Teacher for the 2024-2025 School Year
Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Resource Level Math Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Gatesville, NC.
This is a likely full-time, onsite position focused on supporting high school students with their math education.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide resource level math instruction to high school students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Utilize various teaching methods and instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success.
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.
Qualifications :
- Must hold a valid teaching certification in the state of North Carolina.
- Experience working with high school students in a resource or special education setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
