This is a full-time, face-to-face, residential outside sales position offering base pay AND uncapped commission.

Responsibilities of the Lead Generation Specialist :

• Go door-to-door to homeowners looking to generate roofing leads within a territory provided to you
• Engage with homeowners and introduce Precision Roof Crafters expertise in roof restoration to prospective customers and offer free roof inspections
• Capture and submit relevant customer information for Precision Roof Crafters highly trained sales teams to further assist the customer in their roofing project
• An eagerness to get out and interact with homeowners, with more leads leading to higher earnings for yourself
• Friendly and outgoing with the ability to connect with others while having the ability to read and react to a homeowner accordingly
• A dynamic and results driven approach responsible for driving sales outside of the office environment
• A go-getter, hunter mentality where you want to be outside and in front of as many prospects as possible to take advantage of your unlimited earnings potential

• A full time, W-2 role with a base pay AND an industry leading uncapped commission structure for those motivated to exceed their earnings expectations, with base pay and commissions paid bi-weekly
• A flexible Monday thru Friday work schedule, with weekend work available.
