About the Position :

  • Delivery drivers operate 2-3 routes weekly.
  • You’ll be using our well-maintained fleet of automatic trucks.
  • We offer 10 Paid Holidays!

  • Enjoy most routes that take no longer than 36 hours.
  • Overnight deliveries will be scheduled from Sunday to Friday.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Safely transport products from the warehouse to various client locations while ensuring proper unloading as per customer specifications.
  • Complete necessary paperwork accurately, complying with company and government guidelines.
  • Adhere to all food safety standards during the delivery process.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned by management.

    • What You Need :

  • High School diploma or GED is required; 1 year of tractor trailer experience is preferred, or completion of a driving school.
  • Must be able to read and speak English proficiently.
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.

    • Skills and Abilities :

  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and safe delivery practices.
  • Problem-solving skills and effective communication with customers.
  • Ability to handle various types of products including frozen, refrigerated, and dry goods.

    • Physical Demands :

    Physical activities include lifting, pushing, pulling, and the ability to handle products weighing up to 50 pounds manually or up to 350 pounds using equipment. The role often requires bending, twisting, and climbing in / out of a truck.

    Work Environment :

    Candidates should be aware that they may occasionally be exposed to various weather conditions and environments such as cold and humidity, and may work in both indoor and outdoor settings. This role will require flexibility, including potential overtime and evening work.
