$1000 Sign On BONUS! $500 paid 90 days after date of hire; $500 paid after 180 days after date of hire. Team Member must be in good standing to qualify for Bonus pay out (no documented performance in their personnel file.
The Surveillance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Surveillance team’s at multiple properties. Responsible for the protection of the assets of the casino using gaming and security camera systems.
Ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures while directing staff in accordance with corporate policies and objectives.
Follow all operating procedures, safety regulations and the Company’s internal control policies. This position will cover multiple properties in your assigned area which will be determined during the interview process.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
How You'll Succeed
In this role you will :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Surveillance team’s at multiple locations.
- Train, mentor, and coach Surveillance observers.
- Knowledge of all table game procedures.
- Dispatch security to areas where incidents are observed.
- Ensures all equipment is operating at start of shift, during shift and completion of shift.
- Reporting all incidents observed on shift to the Surveillance Manager.
- Maintain confidentially of all casino information.
- Communicate incidents to pit personnel by phone, in a concise and courteous manner.
- Aid in the continuing education process of surveillance department.
- Operation of gaming surveillance cameras and all equipment.
- Operation of security camera and all equipment.
- Report writing of incidents observed.
- Supervise, coach and train Surveillance Specialists.
- Schedule Surveillance Specialists to ensure adequate coverage.
- Maintaining all log sheets, daily log, tape log.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
To be successful in this role, you should have previous Surveillance experience and knowledge that includes :
- Working knowledge of cash handling and knowledge of State of Washington Gambling regulations and rules.
- Knowledge of Alcohol Awareness.
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Prior gaming experience as dealer preferred.
- Alcohol Awareness certification preferred.
- Prior experience in Security / law enforcement experience preferred.
- 5+ years prior Surveillance experience in a casino environment preferred.

- Ability to read and comprehend all documentation.
- Ability to always communicate effectively, with all levels of employees and guests.
- Ability to interface effectively with the public and co-workers.
- Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
