Responsibilities : Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients in the luxury market who require premium ground transportation services.

Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and preferences, presenting tailored transportation solutions that align with their requirements.

Customized Proposals : Develop comprehensive and appealing proposals outlining transportation packages, rates, and additional services.
Negotiation : Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while maximizing revenue and maintaining profitability. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and luxury travel preferences to remain competitive and innovative.
Networking : Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand client base and strengthen industry connections.
Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and opportunities in CRM systems. Collaboration : Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of transportation services and exceed client expectations.
Sales Goals : Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives. Additional Duties : Occasionally chauffeur for critical and VIP clients and accounts Occasionally assist with chauffeur training and development Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field;
equivalent experience will be considered. Proven sales experience in the luxury travel industry, preferably with a focus on ground transportation services.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey value propositions to clients.
Relationship-building expertise, with a talent for fostering connections and rapport with high-end clientele. Ability to understand client preferences and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales-related software. Strong organizational skills to manage leads, proposals, and sales activities effectively.
