Senior Paralegal

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal to join their legal team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including SaaS contracts and vendor agreements

Assist with compliance and regulatory issues related to data privacy and education laws

Conduct legal research and support the legal team in managing intellectual property matters

Qualifications and Skills

Certified paralegal

10+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house or with a law firm

Experience in standard contractual provisions

Strong legal research and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
