Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid California state license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Experience with AAC devices
- IEP experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address individual needs
- Deliver speech therapy services to clients with various speech and language challenges
