What You'll Do : As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in both business development and recruiting activities.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Sales Prospecting : Researching and targeting prospective clients to create opportunities for introducing our staffing solutions.
- New Business Development : Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Persuasion & Negotiation : Effectively communicating our services, and negotiating contract terms to secure new business.
- Full-Cycle Sales : Managing the sales process from initial contact to closure.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting : Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match with client needs, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
