You will provide care for a variety of patients / residents with an array of complex diagnoses leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.

Skills required : Excellent documentation and assessment skills. Ability to mentor and train floor nirses on HNF documentation.

Great communication skills. Attention to detail. NM Medicaid HNF experience is not required but would be a plus.

Specific job duties :

Nurse will document where needed

Nurse will follow up on daily nursing and templates are follow through

Nurse will provide training for the nurses with all shifts including weekends

Nurse will provide follow up to documentation issues with Administrator

Qualifications :

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
• CPR Certification is required
• One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
