Location : Various locations including Edmond, Moore, Mustang, Norman, and Yukon
Sign-on Bonus : Up to $1,500

Aveanna’s Private Duty Nurses assist patients transitioning home from the hospital, providing continuous care to remain with loved ones.
Nurses are matched to patients based on skill, age, health condition, and acuity level, making a positive and lasting impact through one-on-one care for 8 to 16-hour shifts.

Responsibilities :
- Implement physicians’ prescribed plan of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in a timely manner
- Promote health, teach, and train family members
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians, obtaining co-signature from Case Manager
- Follow up with physician, client, family members, staff, and Case Manager on client concerns or changes in condition
- Perform other appropriate duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Active, unencumbered license (RN / LPN / LVN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
- Current TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
