Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact and team leader for assigned projects from start to finish - Develop compelling proposals and presentations to attract new business opportunities - Oversee multidisciplinary project teams consisting of architects, designers, engineers, and more - Guide junior associates through all stages of the design process from planning to project closeout - Maintain close communication with clients to understand needs, deliver exceptional service, and ensure projects meet objectives - Leverage BIM, 3D modeling, and other design technologies to optimize workflows and enhance project delivery - Share expertise through speaking at industry events and contributions to publications - Continuously monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget completion - Identify opportunities to incorporate sustainable design best practices and innovative building solutions Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program - Minimum 5 years of professional experience leading complex design projects - Texas licensure as a Registered Architect in good standing - Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building, and mentoring abilities - Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop and other BIM / 3D modeling software - Experience developing construction documents, specifications, and contract documents - Ability to juggle competing priorities and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders - Proven track record of success working in corporate, healthcare, or commercial sectors - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for strategic planning and project oversight - Passion for continuous learning and pushing design to new levels through emerging technologies
