Required Qualifications

1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, particularly with returns and refunds

Experience using help desk platforms such as Help Scout, Zendesk, or Intercom

Basic technical proficiency, including familiarity with internet concepts and photo editing software

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong emotional intelligence and a collaborative spirit
