Job Title : Sr. Recruiting Manager - Tax / CPA's / Audit / Public Accounting
Location : Remote
Salary : $55,000 - $100,000 + 40-50% Commissions + Benefits. OTE $200,000 - $600,000

Must-Have Skills :
1.) 2+ years of experience in Agency Recruitment for Tax / CPA / Audit / Public Accounting candidates
2.) 3+ years of experience in 360 / Full Desk Agency Recruiting is required. You must be able to Win Accounts, Deliver for your Accounts, Expand your Accounts
3.) Be a High Achiever - You must demonstrate a solid history of current success in a full desk agency environment
4.) Team Player / Strong Character and Ethics is a must.
5.) You keep your promises
6.) Humility / Open to learn
Nice to Have Skills :
1.) Leadership skills are a plus. We will build a team around a strong performer with leadership qualities.
