Position Summary

  • Creation of monthly financial reporting packets for commercial partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Budget management : Develop and maintain cost tracking processes to better capture and analyze commercial expenditures and performance against plan
  • Identify, implement new, and / or modify existing reporting and processes to improve the quality of information provided as well as increase efficiencies in the reporting / consolidation processes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly / quarterly / annual financial results to ensure consistency in reporting and understanding of overall variances.
  • Reconcile monthly headcount plan to the corporate roster with explanation and understanding of key variances.
  • Approve job requisitions to ensure job postings are tied to budgeted roles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years finance / accounting experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills coupled with the ability to drive actionable results
  • Must possess a strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to synthesize complex and diverse information and transform that information into simple and easily understood professional executive presentations.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
  • While understanding of core financial principles are key, the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and inform and influence critical decisions are core to success.
