Soliant Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Cary, NC.
This is a full-time position within a school setting, offering an hourly contract with Soliant Education, a leader in providing staffing solutions for educational institutions nationwide.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Monitor and document students' progress towards goals, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational plans.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in North Carolina.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
