This position is on site at our offices at St. Mark's Hospital Campus 8 : 30-5 : 00 M-F and has supervisory availability by phone 24 / 7.
Travel from time to time for supervisory duties in the field with patients is required.

This position duties are the following :
- Recruiting, hiring and mentoring a team of nurses, therapists, social workers and chaplains
- Overseeing the quality of clinical operations
- Partnering with Administrator to ensure growth, budget, compliance and regulatory oversight
- Lead and direct interdisciplinary meetings and staff education
- Assures appropriate staffing to meet the needs of patients receiving care
- Lead, inspire and motivate team to meet company goals
- Serves as role model for all colleagues by promoting highest standards of professional practice
- Ensures clinical competency of evidence based practice in nursing
- Other duties as assigned by Administrator
Qualified candidate must demonstrate competency in the following areas :
- A current unrestricted RN license to practice in Utah
- BSN degree preferred
- Home Health and Hospice leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, conduct state surveys, and develop and implement QAPI programs
- Must be available by phone in the coverage area 24 / 7, unless a qualified alternate is appointed
- Must have the ability to oversee staff education and monitor competency of the clinical team
- Displays a willingness to support the policy and procedures and uses appropriate channels for change of such policies
- Serves as resource person to employees
- Monitors and ensures quality of community relationship with our partners
