Administrative Assistant
Contract to Hire
$20-$22 Per Hour DOE
Monday - Friday 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Main Duties or Job Description :
- Assist Office Coordinator in various tasks
- Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials
- Produce brochures and other promotional information
- Assist in responding to requests for quotes & requests for proposals
- Support business development initiatives
- Work with internal databases for projects, leads, etc.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing / literature / communications, or other related field of study OR High School Diploma with 4-5 years of experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with an architectural / engineering professional firm
- Familiar with Adobe Programs (In-Design, Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.)
