If you are passionate about the landscape industry and are a dedicated individual, consider joining the TCLA team it may be the next best step in your career! We are looking for a Landscape Crew Member at $18-$28 per hour, depending on experience!

Here is what you can expect to do when you work at TCLA :

• Achieve a sense of accomplishment when you complete landscape projects
• Safely operate power equipment and tools such as backpack blowers, brush cutters, drills, saws, etc.
• Safely operate heavy machinery such as sod cutters, skid steers, loaders, etc.
• Take pride in keeping equipment and job sites clean and well-maintained
• Using power equipment (back pack blowers, brush cutters, etc.)
• Carrying / moving materials - using wheel barrows at times, or carrying bricks, plants, other landscape type items.
• Raking, mulching, mowing, trimming
• Installing hardscapes
• Trench digging, laying sod, moving / raking mulch.
• Clean up of job sites.
• Loading / unloading tools and materials from truck
• Cleaning / maintaining equipment as needed
• Operating heavy machinery such as sod cutters, bed edgers, aerators, skid steers, loaders, etc
• Operates power tools such as drills, saws, blowers, weed whackers, etc..

Requirements :

We ask that you have these :

• Willingness to develop working relationships with fellow team members
• Willingness to display ethical conduct
• Thorough work with close attention to detail
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to load and unload tools and materials
• Ability to remove and replace turf, shrubs, and plants without damage
• Ability to work in heat and snow
• High school diploma or equivalent
