Job Description :

We are actively looking for motivated and dedicated Registered Nurses who have successfully passed the NCLEX examination and are eligible to work in the United States on Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT).

AristaCare Health Services offers Green Card sponsorship for qualified candidates. As an RN at AristaCare, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and contribute to the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, adhering to established protocols and physician orders.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for adverse reactions or side effects.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate and support residents and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, ensuring a secure healthcare environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications :

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Successful passage of the NCLEX examination.
• Eligibility to work in the United States on Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
